To start, reflect back to the answer you gave at the end of lesson 2, when you asked yourself ‘what is the story I am telling myself about rejection?’. Now, ask yourself:
- Why do I think this or do this?
- Where does this story or thought come from?
- Why do I believe this?
- Why do you think this?
Keep asking ‘why’ until you have an answer. Write it down.
